Being awkward or "maladroit(e)"; also being highly distracted by unimportant things so as to make the one goal unachievable; some may think it means to be flaky but it really mostly means not being able to call and cancel on people; also means being manipulative and considering people as "projects"; well-versed in drug presciptions; bubble child; being OCD about having brushed and shiny silver mixed together and hardware in general
