The people on the web (i.e., in the the Tubes) who are responsible for making completely asinine comments on any blog or website comment section. It is not known if tubeppl exist IRLsince the level of dumbassery on most sites is beyond reasonable expectation for humans.
That vid kicked ass, but the tubeppl were all over it.
