A "tulula" is the definition for an act of oral gratification, performed on a man by a woman. Its origin is most likely tenuously linked to the old actress Tulula Bankhead - either from her surname "BankHEAD" or else from a role she played in The United States Steel Hour (1954) in which she appeared as "Hedda Gabler".
