The combination of being "drunk" and "tanked". Used commonly among the "drunk" and the "tanked" ....more so by individuals who've had their fair share of dabbling in "the drink" for an extended period. And usually they deny the whole thing by attempting to prove their sober-ness
What do you mean I've had too much to drink? You're the one whose tunked!
