What is Turkey Eye?

The act of opening up the fly of one's pants and pulling out their scrotum, taking care to leave their penis inside. The ball sac resembles the snood of a turkey that hangs off one side of its face. The idea is to expose yourself without really exposing yourself. It can be kind of an inside joke to share with your friends
