When you're banging her from behind and she turns around asking you to turn her over. You grant her wish and while she's turning around, you take advantage of her vulnerability (much like Turnus in "The Aeneid" taking advantage of the wounded Aeneas) and slap her in the face, rendering her unconscious. You then proceed to fornicate with her unconscious body.
"Dude, she was complaining to me that I wasn't satisfying her last night and as she was turning around I gave her a Turnus."
