A tweazle is a person exhibiting both the characteristics of being a twat and a weazle. This person would be offensive, a lier, passive aggresive, and hostile.
The government contract officer was a tweazle when she lied to potential small business contractors, and then illegally went behind their backs to offer the contracts to other businesses before the official amendment announcements were released.
