Twinkling is a business term for when an employee has stressed themselves out so badly that their sphincter begins to clamp spasmodically and they can no longer focus on the task at hand.
"Have you seen Joe today? What his problem?"
"His project added another week delay, he was so mad in the meeting he started twinkling then stormed out the room."
