What is Ullz?

ullz is generally used as an emphasis word, meaning it creates extra emphasis on the emotion that is it referring to. ullz is NOT a noun; you can't say "hey go get that ullz." and it is rarely used for a positive or elated emotion.
her: that FGT talked to me again.
me: ullz, i'm sorry.
her: do you want to come make a cool TEANECK chalk picture with us?
me: ullz! i can't, i have to work.
