Russian, brought to light by a Journalist writing about Boris Yeltsin to describe the way he maneuverd his way around Journalists and Other Politicians.
You could say "H/She did a zagagoolinka and I couldn't get hold of him/her all day" when you know that the person in question is deliberately avoiding you,
