A zanpaktou¨ (”ØÆǵ¶, zanpakut¨? lit. soul-cutting sword) is a fictional type of weapon in the Bleach series wielded by those with shinigami powers. The art of using a zanpakut¨ is called zanjutsu (swordsmanship).
