The female cleft, or vagina if you will, left in a state of terrible disrepair. In fact it has been left in such a state that it has developed a sour fungal inhabitant of the genus Candida. A truly terrible affliction.
Rupert: "I dare say my good man, do you smell sour dough?"
Everett: "Nay, man! That fiendish scent be wafting from between the legs of that saucy tart at the table right there!"
