What is Yeva-ism?

An expression that is totally random, and often does not make sense or extremely flakey. If commented on, is often followed by the response "shut up, I'm foreign"
"Oh my neck hurts ... whats the word for it? ... kinda like whip-lash, oh yea, whip-lash!"
"Today is a really good night!"
"Wow, that was such a Yeva-ism, I need to write it down"
