What is Yuppie-que?

Similar to barbecue, but involves foods with a metrosexual slant. Some items have maybe a mango chutney, herb-dill marinade, rare meats, or in particular, no meats at all (i.e. grilled peppers)
My boss invited me over and had some gay-ass Yuppie-Que. Stuff tasted like a homeless guy's ass.
