Slang for a very small and thin penis. The length of this penis has to be in between 1 centimeter and 5 centimeters for this statement to be true. If any longer it would be called a "ShrinkeyDink" The circumference around the penis is around 5 millimeters, making one of the only words to describe a penis of this dwarfitude.
