a shit that causes a terrific amount of pain and suffering, however to have one is the sign of a true man.
This comes from the war of independence when food was so scarce, dead British soldiers were eaten (by then the bodies were maggot ridden) and the rotting meat would cause discomfort when toilet time approached.
