What is Carbidue?

Leftover bread, sweets, chips, fries, etc. that someone on a low-carb diet leaves behind after eating only the meat from a restaurant meal.
That guy must be on a low-carb diet; his floorboard is covered in carbidue from his fast-food lunches.
