A slang term used to describe a Nigger or "African - American". This term is usually used to call a person a Nigger in an atmosphere where it would be unacceptable such as work, public places, or online where Nigger is a banned term and Spook or Jungle Bunny has to be used. The reason of Chicago and Navajo is because Chicago has many worthless blacks and the Navajo are a Native American Indian tribe from the southwest that would have no correlation to the midwest region.
