What is Cutter Kit?

a kit used by self-harm kids to keep all of their utensils neat and close at hand. Usually contains shaving razor heads, box cutter blades, modeling blades, and rubbing alchohol. the alchohol is to keep the blades clean or to induce more pain for when the cutter needs to feel even more control in their lives.
i caught sam with her cutter kit yesterday, she freaked... what should we do?
