EMRT= Early Morning Rack Transfer or the act of getting up, usually in the waking hours of the morning, 2-4 am, and going from one place of sleep to another, ie... the couch to the bed , or from a hook up's bed to yours.
"Johnny sobered up about 3am and rolled over to see his dates grill for real, and had to stumble to find his keys and perform an EMRT back to his place"
