A term used to describe when someone passes out because of reasons other than alcohol consumption; used when one does not want to seem like a panzieand use the word faint but at the same time be clear in conveying that they passed outwithout being trashed.

Enrique: Hey dude, what happened to you last night? I called you to come party with us. You wouldn't ditch your buds and go party with someone else I hope.

Dude: Naw man, Ive been sick and I fainted out, I think I should go to the doc or something.
