Grumpy, floppy, having the tendency to sprawl all over furniture in a very emo-ish kind of way.

Usually in reference to a very grouchy sad bear: "My, you're a floompybear today, aren't you?" or "I dunno what's wrong, I'm just feeling kinda floompy today."
