It blends the terms "google" and "stupid" and can be used to describe a person who exhibits intellectual stagnation as a result of an increased reliance, and eventual dependency, upon internet-based search technology.
They are so goopid. Ever since Joe and Jane started to use Google Maps on the iPhone, they have lost all sense of direction and capacity to navigate in an urban environment without the constant use of Google Maps.
