Anyone who believes that an insensitive, insecure, and jealous git like Ron Weasley is good enough for a smart, intelligent, loyal, woman like Hermione Granger.
The term comes from Harry Potter fanfiction, where H/R ('heron') refers to Hermione/Ron shippers.
Rowling, being a heronista, is rather delusional.
