This word derived from a man who named his dog Joge, Joge was a retarded dog, and the man was so obsessed with the dog, he said "Joge" all the time, while tilting his head up, so people started using it as a word. "Joge" can be used in many different forms; Joge, Jogeing, Joged, and any other form u can think of. "retarded Joge," is a commonly used dis, as in, "you are a retarded Joge"
