When a person that is getting made fun of, has nothing but untrue, off the wall and outright ridiculous comebacks, which are completely unfunny as well as make no sense.

An individual who panics about absolutly everything. A Mccaffrey will often get easily stressed out about simple tasks and will get mad when a telephone rings. It is unwise to try and give this individual information because they will ask an infinite amount of questions of which you do not have the answer to, but you told them everything you already know. Often has the same qualities as a small dog; alot of energy, moves fast when walking from a desk to a door, easily startled, and gets mad very easily.
