What is Mitpat?

noun: an annoying douchebag on an online community, person who has a high pitched whiny voice, generally acts like a drama queen, or sandy vagina. If you ban said person, they will first ask all authority to unban them by spamming them with PMs, and failing that, they will try to re-enter the community through poorly thought out disguises, and usually end up getting banned again.
Summary: A whiny douchebag idiot who doesn't know when to give up.
