This occurs after "Cheerleader" is run over by "Crazy Learner's Permit Girl". Staple Sauce is immortalized by Strong Bad in an unnamed song presumed to be called, "Best Friends Squad".
Staple sauce is suggested to be eaten in quantities of "heaping bowls". Staple sauce may cause death, which it did to "What's-Her-Face".
Strong Bad: "What's-Her-Face eats staple sauce, a heaping bowl of staple sauce."
