What is Thals?

The area inbetween a man's thighs and his scrotum. Sometimes, this area obtains a rash in which the area turns red and causes pain on the man when he walks. This rash can be referred to as a thals rash.
I had trouble walking around the city all day due to my swollen thals rash.
