A word used in parts of ireland to describe the act of a one or more people driving aroung the local area for no particular reason. often the group is too large for the vehicle and some passengers in the rear are stacked on top of one another. some may choose to locate themselves in the boot/trunk of the vehicle. the main defining point of touring is its lack of objective.
