A sarcastic muddling of the words "um" which indicates thoughtful consideration, "yeah" a word used instinctively by your average pathetic pleaser and then finally "no" which, in this context, reverses the initial meaning of the response.
Bob "Don't you think President Bush is doing a great job leading our country"?
